Wow, these are fantastic! I sure hope you can develop something for the Superliners and lightweight cars.

Hello Edward,
Yes, digital interior lighting boards for mentioned cars are indeed in development. But for now, I cannot tell when they will be ready, so please I ask for patience.

Alex, thanks for all you do… Good luck, by the way. Don’t let that mean ‘ol Putin distract you from what’s really important! 🤫 We’ve got your back!

Thank you very much for your kind support! I would be happy if I could influence on this somehow But so far everything tells that we can get rid of all problems only under the following conditions: PS. Sorry for the off-topic! Alex

That solution would more than cancel out the anticipated sea-level rise.

Hi Mark,
I am very grateful to you and all other friends and colleagues here for your concern and kind support! Luckily, I am OK! Unfortunately, no one can predict how far all the things will go, but we hope this dangerous game won't lead to something serious... But I believe one thing is obvious to everyone: it is impossible to calm down while a monkey is running around in the yard with a grenade...
Best regards, Alex

Alex, That is great news. Your analogy with the monkey is spot on and I have to admit I had a few chuckles from the way you said it! Hopefully someone will be able to get the monkey to peaceably trade the grenade for a couple bananas... Hang in there and stay safe!

Hi Alex,
I know I'm digging up an old post here, but stick with me. Hopefully you even see this in the first place!
I originally saw your light boards for the Marklin B&O passenger train, and immediately started dreaming about doing a similar install for the lightweight AZL passenger cars I have. As I looked around this forum and found more of your work (which is incredible!), I came across this post.
You mentioned developing a universal solution for the lightweights/heavyweights, I just wanted to ask: is that still a project you are planning to do? No pressure if you're not, I know you have a lot to deal with the current state of the world, and I'm sure you have a lot of projects you'd like to work on. But if you are still planning to do it, I will try my best to be patient! I know your solution would be 10 times better than what I would come up with anyway.
Thanks for everything you've done! -Chris
P.S. - Is there a way to purchase the wheel wipers you used for electrical pickup on this project by themselves? I've been looking for a low friction way to do electrical pickup for some other ideas I have and they look like a great solution!

Hi Chris, Many thanks for the nice words! Let me be honest: I have enormous number of projects in my mind; but not only in mind - many of them are in development, and some of them are in production, too. All I still need is not too much - just 48 hours in a day and maybe ability to clone 10 copies of me and to order them to do all this That was an allegory; but what does it actually mean? Yes, universal light solution for lightweight/heavyweight passenger cars is indeed in my projects, but I can do everything only step by step. And please understand that these 'steps' became somewhat shorted after my native country drowned down in the nightmare of that cruel war. But be sure that I never stay still, regardless of what's going on around me. What I can tell you and how I can leave you satisfied? Please stay tuned - you will for sure see a number of new DCC items from me in the nearest future, and time will come for these digital light boards too. Kind regards, Alex
