We would love to have them back... but who is 'them'. From what we can tell, they have changed owners twice in a matter of months. No one has reached out to us. At this point they would have to reapply to be a dealer since the transfer is not automatic. But the application process is easy, just a plain white envelope and unmarked bills is all that is required... ,,,"unmarked bills"? As in, "gas", "electricity", "water", "sewer", "mortgage", etc.? ;-)

I'd like to see an RDC-3, both Great Northern and Northern Pacific ran those! Dunno if other roads had them as well..... If memory serves, the GN RDC-3 was a single unit, #2350. But, yeah, 'twould be nice.

Separate from Facebook, there's also an e-mail list for Cascade Z Modelers, cascadezmodelers@gmail.com. For a group closer to Seattle, there's Northwest Pacific Z Scalers. The site needs updating, but there's information here: www.tomgtomg.com/z/ - "TomG" (Tom Gilchrist) is the contact.

The theme for this release seems to be "burnt orange". ;-)

I find Rob Kluz’s picture in the reindeer suit at the top of the page to be a crime against humanity. It will haunt my dreams. That was the intent, I'll wager. ;-)

Plus one on the Sinclair car. A Teapot Dome car? Scandalous! ;-)

Thanks for all this information. A phase IV, single-level baggage car to go with my Superliner cars is ordered. :-)

And you can guess my preference for an RDC-3, Great Northern's 2350

Mike, Yeah I've seen this problem too. Seems to be a very tight space between the "New" and the title link, which points to the 1st message, first page. But you might want to bring this up to the proboard people: support.proboards.com/Mark Good suggestion, Mark. While the issue may in fact be "operator error" (i.e., my own darn fault), the system-design may be making it too easy a mistake to make. Mike

On this forum, when you select the "new" button for a given thread, I get to the first unread message if there's only one 'page' of such messages. But if there is more than one page of messages for the thread, it goes to the very first message on the first page, even if that page is many pages/many months old. Am I alone in this?

Very nice! You did Betsy Ross proud! It was easy for him: he's an old sew-and-sew. ;-)

I've already been asked by the NMRA if we're planning to come to the NMRA NTS in Kansas City next year. I've told them yes. I've also been told they can get us as much space as we need .......... Something larger than a bedroom closet? Yes, that would be good... ;-) Mike

This photos shows 3x M2A2s loaded on an 89' flat. Rob Yep, an M2A2 weighs about 1/3 as much an a M1A1. "2" is lighter than "1" - got it. ;-) Mike
