We are making 3 trucks to pull our trailers. We are just getting started so no images. They will look like your familiar Peterworth and Kenbilt trucks from the late 70s to early 90s.
The 3 trucks will be Tractor Trailers:
1. Hood Truck with Crew Cab
2. Cab-over Truck with Crew Cab
3. Cab-over Truck without Crew Cab
We can share that they will have rubber tires and will be available in: Black, White, Silver, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange and Brown.
Thinking hard about unpainted and unassembled versions also.

Coming March or April this year We are making 3 phases of the Airslide Hoppers! Most of this will be noticeable on the ends. Also, Different walkways with different grab handle configuration are incorporated! First run will have 24 different raodnames. The Airslides hoppers were produced from 1963 to 1980. Still in use today. Airslide Hopper.pdf (360.75 KB)

Yes it is official! We are working on the GE C44-9W and GE AC4400! In the late 90s AZL (even if it said Rogue Locomotive Works on the package) came out with our very first brass model, the C44-9W. That makes this project special. First put in service in 1993, this locomotives is very much still in use. Even the original Santa Fe War Red War-bonnet paint scheme is still around. Mechanically we are fortunate to be able to utilise our current ES44AC chassis. This will shorten the development time considerably. We hope to have the locomotives by this time next year. We will put as much detail we can into this run. C44-9W and C44-9W roadnames: ATSF, BNSF, BC Rail, CN, C&NW, NS, SP and UP AC4400 roadnames: UP, CSX, KCS, SP, Ferromex, NS, C&NW We are going to do patches as well as multiple colorschemes for each railroad ATSF C44-9W left side.pdf (83 KB) UP AC4400 left side.pdf (84.34 KB)

Think the next SD40-2 run will be in less than 2 years. After we are done releasing the current run we can do a proper assessment what the next run should include

Well, it is getting close to another update from us. And that update will include new announcements! Again it from our Pacific HQ. We were going to call it AZL Winter 2024 New Items and Updates. But since it is always Summer at our HQ that may be far stretched! So look for a brand new thread in the coming weeks under AZL Product Announcements.

We don't have that sheet (or sheets). We usually change things around based on what is incoming. So we rarely know what we are releasing except in the next few months. And most importantly, we need to have products to release each month. Sometimes this can be a real balancing act. The only lead I can give is that the BN SD40-2s are getting close to release.

We will get around to another RDC-1 run probably next year. As some of you know, our old factory lost our RDC-2 molds!

We cannot use ES44AC chassis for the ET44AC (T4). The locomotives were lengthened to accommodate a different cooling system and a larger cab hood. Believe the SD70ACe T4 version is longer than the regular SD70ACe as well.

We will start to release these two runs early March. Not sure about the release schedule yet since we are in the middle of the SD40-2 releases.
