I doubt the GS4's would be $1100 if was released today. I know what you mean about the cost, and it's out my pay scale, but most of it is sold out already.

Ya that's true. Just a little sticker shock. back when I preordered them in Portland NTS it was guessed to be around $600 - $700 ea. for that price hope they run great.

Our latest brass steam was close to $2000 retail. So I think the Krauss-Maffei price is comparable to the Big Boy price wise. Your range reflects assumed production costs. We do not have our final quote yet and that is why the $1100 is a guesstimate.

1) I got my money back from Huet with a paypal dispute. The SW-1 was nice but can not move at all
2) I think I still have some AZL brass, for sure the PRR PA-1, why is it considered rare? I think i will sell it next september.
