Hi Gang,
While we welcome all types of posts to the AZL Forum, we typically do not check these pages for customer support issues. If you are having problems with one of your AZL products (locomotives, cars, or anything else) instead of posting on these forums, please reach out to us using the "Contact AZL" section of our main web site. You can find the page at www.americanzline.com/contact-azl/ that page sends emails to about a half dozen people so we can respond quickly to your issue. If you prefer to contact us via email, just send a note to Rob Kluz (ztrack@aol.com) and he will get back to you ASAP.
If you would like to leave AZL out of it, and have the greater community help you diagnose your problem, then this is the right place to post a message!
If you would like AZL to help you with your problem, then please use the Contact page (www.americanzline.com/contact-azl/)
If you have a tip on how to solve a problem, then this is a great place to leave a message.
If you need warranty work done on your locomotive, then the Contact page (http://www.americanzline.com/contact-azl/) is the right spot.
If you have a general comment about AZL stuff where you don't expect the company to respond quickly, then this is a perfect location.
If you want AZL to ride to the rescue FAST then the Contact page (www.americanzline.com/contact-azl/) will get our attention quickly.
If you want to publicly shame the company for what you think is lousy support, then this is a good place to post; but, we strongly suggest you try the Contact page before you do that, because if you have not tried to Contact us first, then we will probably shame you right back and point at this message which has that "sticky" thing on it, meaning it is at the top of the forum and hard to miss.
Lastly, we want everyone to be fully satisfied with our products, and we will do everything reasonable to make sure you are happy. We have a ton of fun with Z scale and AZL and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do.
Best,
-Rob(A)
