I am interested in the Rokuhan C005 e-Train controller. It ticks a lot of boxes for me as a new to trains Z scale modeler. I cannot find much information about it other than manufacturer product pages although I did read a very nice magazine review and one other so I am confident it works. I do wonder how soon it will be able to control Rokuhan turnouts as that is listed as a future feature. Anyway it seems that many products have their limitations, their pluses and minuses, so I wondered if any or many of you have this product, and if you might be able to comment.

I know this is an old post, but I'm interested in this controller and am curious to know if OP or anyone else has used this controller. I am planning a switching layout and have two locomotives, but one is too small for DCC, so it's not an option for me (at least as far as I understand how DCC works).

I ended up with an NCE Power Cab and I’m very happy with it. FWIW I am glad I didn’t go with the Rokuhan system only because it is easy to get advice or instruction online for the NCE or Digitrax controllers due to their widespread use. The Rokuhan controller may be terrific but not many use it.
