Welcome again Oskar!
At that rate, you’ll hit 100 locomotives this year…

Hi
After a more than 30 years if absence I got back to into Z . I have some Maerlin stuff.. more recently an RDC and a AZL starter set which runs on a small layout. Since I'm more of an artist than hardcore Modelrailroader I like to weather my trains regardless of the scale.
If anyone of the fellow board members has information on how to get a hold of Canadian Pacific decals for a Geep.. (Multimark) with the black end and stripes I'd be happy to know.
Thanks and have fun Boris

Just started in Z scale myself. I slowly build a large N scale layout using the Dinamo system which is block based train control via PC that allows DC and DCC simultaneous on the same tracks. The layout will feature British and Swiss trains. The Z scale layout is 1x2 meter (two modules) that can be displayed at model rail fairs. It will feature a double loop with a grain elevator, a 4 track yard, and a run round reception siding. In the middle (inner loop) will be a 5 road train storage yard and the outer loop will feature a street running scene (inspired by La Grange) and a spur to a warehouse that has a small siding for the local railroad museum who have a Rail Diesel Car. From time to time a commuter train (Coaster double decker) will stop in the town in the middle of the street. Rolling stock... Well I have a cat named Chester... So I was happy to find a Chessie system GP30. With an CSX SD40 and CSX SW1500 this will be quite a bit of a mixed bag. Still thinking on a big SD70 of Norfolk Southern for the container train, and a smaller BNSF loco for some grain cars. The layout will be DC using 12v PWM modules which can be set to 9v for certain loco's and use Rokuhan track. EDIT: Updated post with latest trackplan:

The end decals are from The Z Maker.. I have a Shapeways SW1200 on the bench as well.. where they are surplus... More to come Boris
